ORDER OF PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

Ordering through the e-shop is the conclusion of a distance selling contract regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. You have the ability to make a valid order through the e-shop, provided you are legally qualified in compliance with the Greek Civil Code articles (if you have reached the age of 18 and you are not in legal support for a sales contract). Orders can be made by representatives of legal entities while the company reserves the right to claim from the supervisor or guardian any orders made by legally incapacitated persons.

HOW TO ORDER FROM THE E-SHOP:

  1. Fill in a special form with the necessary information for the conclusion of the sales contract.
  2. The unconditional acceptance of the terms of the sales contract and conditions of use, with the electronic option "ACCEPTANCE" given to the interested party on the website.

PAYMENT METHODS

To facilitate and service all those who wish to buy from our online store, www.johnnyjo.gr offers you the following alternative payment methods:

  • By charging your credit or debit card.. Your card is charged on the day the product is dispatched. Www.johnnyjo.gr has taken all necessary steps to secure your transactions with your credit card and all credit card holders are subject to validation checks. In addition, for any ordering through a credit or debit card that exceeds the limit set by "JOHNNY JO" (€ 250.00), you will be asked to send us an ID card and a residence document via fax, e-mail Or mail. We are sorry for the inconvenience that may arise from you, but these measures prove our willingness to protect our customers from possible frauds through a credit or debit card.
  • With cash on delivery (only for Greece and Cyprus*) at the moment you receive the products. In this case, the customer will be charged 2 euros in addition to the stated selling price of the product. It is important to indicate a contact phone number and a valid email address. *For Cyprus the customer will be charged 5 euros in addition to the stated selling price of the product. **The delivery fees are different from the cash of delivery option.

The consumer through the website is informed by the company before the completion of his order for the identity and address of the supplier, the essential characteristics of the product, the price, the quantity, the transportation costs, the method of payment, the delivery, the term of validity and the price of the potential bid and the right of withdrawal.
