Undo / Return - Replacement of Products

You reserve the right to change the product (s) by another size, color or other product within 14 calendar days of receiving the package if you meet the necessary conditions:

Return Conditions:

  1. The product to be returned is in the state received, ie it is complete, without damage, that the packaging is the one that accompanies the product, including the product's specific markings (tabs), necessary documents, etc., and in any case has not been used.
  2. Refunds must be made within (14) calendar days of purchase.
  3. Their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product in excellent condition (without the labels removed) and with all shipping documents (Proof of Retail, etc.).
  4. The returned product must be accompanied by all original Johnny Jo markings. If the markings are not included, it is not acceptable to change or return the product and it will be sent back to you at your own charge. It is stressed that for hygienic reasons, our company will not accept changes for underwears, swimwears, leggings and bodysuits.

If the product defect is due to the Company, then the cost of re-shipping the product is free of charge. You can make your return with any other courier company at your own risk and charge. To avoid your own inconvenience, we recommend you carefully check the status of the products you order upon arrival and the intact packaging and label at the time of delivery of your order in order to identify any obvious defects. In the period of discounts, bids or special rates changes are made at current prices.

If the product (s) you return is of greater value, you should calculate the change (s) of the product (s) to be equal to or greater than the value of the returned products. 

If you need to use the right of change, you must contact us by phone (+30)210 88 437 89 or by email, within the time limit set.

After contacting us, you will ship the product in its original state. Once it has been received by us, we will be subjected to a review of any use of the product or a defect of customer and then we will contact you to accept the change. In case the product does not meet the conditions of good use of the company, it will be sent to the address you stated to us at the time of purchase and you will be responsible for the transportation costs.

If the fault is from our company, we are committed to replacing your product (if there is a stock available) or to change it with another product upon agreement.

ATTENTION! Before any change, you must first contact us by e-mail or telephone to record the movement in our records, otherwise the change will not be accepted.


If you wish to change the product by another, your shipping costs for Greece (€ 3.5) as well as the new shipping costs (€ 3.5) will be charged to you. For EU countries return expenses are (€ 15) and the costs of the new mission (€ 15).


If the return / replacement is due to a proven defect of the product at the fault of the company, the shipping costs of the new product are charged to the company.


All products returned to JOHNNY JO warehouses are subject to meticulous quality control. To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of your order delivery, the status of the products sold and the intact packaging in order to identify any obvious defects.
